Redemption codes a.k.a. gift codes allow you to get some in-game rewards. They can be redeemed either via the Hoyoverse website or directly in-game. This post also describes how to obtain other available rewards, such as Honkai: Star Rail Amazon Prime bundle and Twitch drops.

How to redeem a code
Via website: go to https://hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift and paste the code(s).
Via game:
- Click or tap a phone icon to open the menu to open the in-game menu.
- Press 3 dots in the corner to access the menu:
- Select “Redemption code”.
- Paste the code(s) from the table above.
- Rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
For Apple users (iOS/iPadOS), you can’t redeem Honkai: Star Rail via the in-game menu and must use the website instead.
It is not clear how long these gift codes will remain active. Remember to subscribe to the website updates – so you won’t miss any!
How to claim the Amazon Prime bundle
- Have active Prime membership (you can have a 7-day trial for free).
- Go to https://gaming.amazon.com/honkai-star-rail and claim your bundle.
- Activate the code via the https://hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift website.
How to claim the Twitch drops
- Link your Hoyoverse and Twitch accounts.
- Watch authorized streamers on Twitch and earn drops.
- After watching the stream for the required time, you will get in-game mail with a reward.
